Deposit protection
Unless you are told otherwise, your deposit will be protected under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, giving you peace of mind throughout your tenancy. When it’s time to move on, and if everything’s in order, you can count on a smooth, hassle-free return of your deposit.

Tenants’ fees
Holding deposit
The holding deposit is payable when your application for a property has been accepted, however it does not guarantee that the tenancy will proceed. If the tenancy proceeds, the holding deposit is deducted from the first month’s rent.
Dilapidation deposit
(Registered in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme)

Change of tenant in a shared property
A new tenancy agreement is required if there is a change of tenant in a shared property.
Early termination fee
To pay the reasonable costs incurred by the landlord/agent in order to re-let the property
Company let administration fee
Lost key or other security device
