Tenants’ fees

Holding deposit

The holding deposit is payable when your application for a property has been accepted, however it does not guarantee that the tenancy will proceed. If the tenancy proceeds, the holding deposit is deducted from the first month’s rent.

Sum equivalent to one weeks rent

Change of tenant in a shared property

A new tenancy agreement is required if there is a change of tenant in a shared property.
