Fully managed service

Our fully managed service involves us being responsible for virtually all aspects of letting your property. This includes advertising, finding and referencing tenants, preparing the tenancy agreement, collecting rent and organising any maintenance.

We will also collect, hold and register the five week security deposit in a government approved scheme.

The charge for this service is a percentage of the collected monthly rent and is deducted on a monthly basis. There is also a letting fee when the property is let or re-let.

Full management form

Let only service

The alternative to our fully managed service is our let only service where we are responsible for advertising your property, finding and referencing tenants, preparing a tenancy agreement and collecting the first months rent. We will also collect, hold and register the five week security deposit in a government approved scheme.

The landlord will then be responsible for collecting the rent going forward and will be in direct contact with the tenants about any maintenance issues during the tenancy.
