We are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) who have been providing consumers and businesses with an alternative dispute resolution service since 1990. The Ombudsman’s resolutions are designed to achieve a full, final settlement of the dispute and all claims made by either party.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme
The Tenancy Deposit Scheme is a government approved tenancy deposit protection scheme in England and Wales operated by TDS, the UK’s leading provider of deposit protection and resolution services.
Propertymark
Our clients are covered by our membership of Propertymark, which provides peace of mind to both tenants and landlords. Should a Propertymark-protected agent go into administration or misuse your rent, deposit or other funds, Propertymark will reimburse you, whether you’re a landlord or a tenant. This certificate confirms that your money is protected by the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme and that you can claim back money lost in the event of your letting agent going into administration or misusing your funds.
