As a committed member of the Cambridge community, and part of our &More community programme, we were proud to be involved in the Cambridge Half Marathon. For this iconic event, we partnered with the charity Something To Look Forward To and supported their invaluable work.
Something To Look Forward To Charity
Something To Look Forward To is a remarkable charity founded by Andy and Fiona Coldron in April 2007. Their mission is to promote well-being, relieve stress, and aid the recuperation of those affected by cancer and its treatments. They also support the families of those impacted. Through the provision of positive individual and family experiences, the charity strives to bring joy and comfort during challenging times.
In total, Something To Look Forward To had 57 runners participating in the Cambridge Half Marathon, raising over £28,000. The money raised means they will be able to give out likely over £84,000 worth of gifts to cancer patients and their families.
