As a committed member of the Cambridge community, and part of our &More community programme, we were proud to be involved in this iconic Cambridge event, where we partnered with the charity ‘Something To Look Forward To’ to support their invaluable work.
Something To Look Forward To is a remarkable charity founded by Andy and Fiona Coldron in April 2007. Their mission is to promote well-being, relieve stress, and aid the recuperation of those affected by cancer and its treatments, along with their families. Through the provision of positive individual and family experiences, the charity strives to bring joy and comfort during challenging times.
In total, Something To Look Forward To had 57 runners participating in the Cambridge Half Marathon, raising over £28,000. The money raised means they will be able to give out likely over £84,000 worth of gifts to cancer patients and their families.
Our partnership with Something To Look Forward To aligns perfectly with our &More community programme, where we seek to support and uplift the communities we serve. By sponsoring the charity’s involvement in the Cambridge Half Marathon, we aimed to raise awareness and funds for their essential cause.
