Bush & Co proudly reports that its sales have significantly outperformed any other agent in the Cambridge CB1 postcode. The Rightmove website played a key role in delivering these results.
During August, Bush & Co achieved 34% of the CB1 market. Meanwhile, 13 city agents and online agents across the city split the remaining market.
These results cement Bush & Co’s position as one of the city’s leading independent sales agents. The company has also seen a record month for its Lettings office. In August, 32 clients moved into new rental properties with the help of Bush & Co.
